About Estara
Helping families find order in what they hold
A small, focused practice based in Nonthaburi — working alongside households across Thailand on the often-overlooked task of bringing their documents into a clear, maintained system.
Back to HomeOur Story
Where Estara came from
Estara was founded by people who had, more than once, sat with a family after a loss — and watched them spend difficult hours searching for documents that should have been easy to find. Insurance certificates in one drawer, property papers in another, and an entire category of records that no one could locate at all.
The experience of that particular kind of disorientation — needing information at a hard moment and not having it in hand — is what shaped the work Estara does today. It is not an administrative service. It is a support for families who want to be prepared, who want the people they love to be able to find what they need without having to search.
We began in the Bangkok metropolitan area and have grown steadily through referrals. Most of our clients come to us through a family member or close contact who has worked with us before. That matters to how we operate: we are careful, unhurried, and genuinely attentive to the context each household brings.
Our approach draws on a combination of practical document management methods and a straightforward understanding of how households actually work — not how systems say they should work. Every family is different. The way records accumulate, the categories that matter, the people who need access — these vary significantly. We work with that variation rather than against it.
Our Mission
To give families across Thailand a clear, maintained record of their household documents and estate holdings — so that information is available when it is needed, and the task of keeping it current is not a burden.
Our Values
Discretion, patience, and thoroughness. We work at a pace that makes sense for each household. We do not rush or cut corners, and we are thoughtful about the trust that families place in us when they share their records.
Where We Work
We are based in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, and serve families across greater Bangkok and nearby provinces. In-person sessions are available throughout this area; remote arrangements can be discussed.
The People
Who you will be working with
Estara is a small team by design. Each client works with a consistent point of contact from the first session onward.
Napas Pornprapha
Founder & Lead Organiser
With a background in records administration, Napas founded Estara after years spent helping extended family members put their affairs in order. She leads all cataloguing engagements personally.
Sirin Kaweesin
Records Adviser
Sirin specialises in working with clients who are beginning from very little structure. She brings a calm, step-by-step approach to sessions that helps families move at a comfortable pace.
Malee Thongchai
Ongoing Plans Coordinator
Malee manages the continuing relationship with families on our ongoing records plan — scheduling review sessions, tracking changes, and keeping inventories current through the year.
How We Work
Our working standards
These are the principles that shape every session — with every family, every time.
Confidentiality as standard
All documents and records viewed during sessions remain strictly between Estara and the client. We do not copy, photograph, or retain client records beyond what is agreed in writing.
Consistent process
We follow a structured session format for every engagement. This ensures nothing is overlooked and allows clients to understand where they are in the process at any point.
Single point of contact
Each client has one named person from Estara who handles their engagement from start to finish. This continuity matters in work that involves personal and household records.
Deliverables in writing
At the close of each engagement, the client receives a clear written summary: the inventory produced, the categories covered, and any areas flagged for follow-up. Nothing is left verbal.
No assumptions made
We begin each engagement by understanding the client's specific household and what they hold. We do not apply a generic checklist — we build a picture first, then work from it.
Respectful of family context
Estate records often carry history. We approach our work with awareness that what we are handling matters to the people in the room — practically and personally.
Estate document organisation in Thailand
Thai households often accumulate a wide range of documents over the years — from Chanote land title deeds and vehicle registration books to insurance policies, savings account records, and correspondence with government departments. The challenge is rarely a lack of documents; it is the absence of a coherent system for finding them. When that system does not exist, locating a specific certificate or verifying what is held can take far longer than it should.
Estara addresses this directly. Working across Nonthaburi, Bangkok, and the surrounding region, we help families move from dispersed, unindexed piles of paperwork to a clear, labelled system that is maintained over time. The process is practical and methodical: we work through what is held, build categories that make sense for the specific household, and produce a reference index the family can use independently.
For families navigating an estate following a bereavement, or those preparing for life changes such as property transactions or major moves, having a complete and accessible record of household documents is a genuine practical asset. It reduces search time, surfaces gaps before they become problems, and gives whoever manages the household a clear picture of what exists and where it is.
Estara's work is distinct from general administrative or filing services. We bring focused expertise in household document organisation to each engagement — working with English and Thai-language records, adapting to the specific document types each family holds, and building systems that are designed to stay workable after we have finished.
