Why Estara

The difference a clear system makes

Families we work with often describe the same feeling afterwards — not relief exactly, more like a quiet confidence that things are in order.

Structure that holds

We build systems designed to stay usable — not ones that look tidy for a week and then collapse. The framework we establish is one the family can keep up independently.

Hands-on, not hands-off

Rather than handing over a template and leaving, we work through documents alongside you — pausing where things are complicated and adapting to what each family actually holds.

Discreet and unhurried

Estate records touch personal history. We approach every session with the discretion that calls for — no rushing, no judgment, and a pace set by you.

A clear picture of what you hold

Many families discover gaps or duplicates during cataloguing. Working with Estara surfaces a complete, accurate picture — which is often valuable in its own right.

Continuity over time

For families who want ongoing support, our records plan means the inventory stays current through life's ordinary changes — so you are never starting from scratch again.

Thailand-based service

We are based in Nonthaburi and serve families across greater Bangkok and the surrounding region. In-person sessions are available; remote support can be arranged where suitable.

Ready to begin?

Start with a single session

There is no large commitment required to get started. A first session is often enough to make the whole task feel manageable.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

If something is not answered here, please do get in touch.

What kinds of documents do families typically bring to sessions?
Property papers, insurance certificates, vehicle documents, household contracts, correspondence with government offices, family certificates, and financial account records are the most common categories. The range varies considerably between families — which is why we start by understanding what you hold rather than applying a fixed list.
Do I need to prepare anything before the first session?
No preparation is needed. One of the purposes of a first session is to take stock of what you have and where it is currently kept. If you have already gathered documents into rough piles, that is helpful — but entirely optional. We work with situations as they are.
How long does a Records Cataloguing engagement usually take?
For a typical household, the cataloguing work spans two to four sessions over a period of two to six weeks. Families with a larger volume of records or property holdings may take a little longer. We discuss a realistic scope at the outset so there are no surprises.
Where does the Ongoing Records Plan start if I've already done cataloguing?
If you have completed a cataloguing engagement with us, the ongoing plan picks up from that inventory. If you are arriving with an existing system from elsewhere, we spend the first session reviewing it together before establishing a maintenance rhythm that fits.
Are sessions conducted at my home or at your office?
Most sessions take place at the client's home, which makes it easier to work with documents in their natural context. We are based in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi and serve families across the greater Bangkok area. For clients outside this range, we discuss options during the initial enquiry.
How is the price for each service structured?
The Getting Organised Session (฿3,500) and Records Cataloguing Help (฿11,800) are fixed-price packages. The Ongoing Estate Records Plan (฿32,500) is structured as an annual arrangement, covering a set number of sessions and review points across the year.
